After a four-month remodel, the restaurant officially reopened on May 6 and welcomed the community to visit their pristine new dining area, which includes four different buffets. “We closed down on January 1st of this year, and we just opened last week after we completed a total renovation with a whole new dining area,” said Empire Wok’s manager Min Lu. “We have new management, new furniture and a new menu. We’re proud to introduce our new owners, Mao Tian Zhang and his wife, Susan, and we hope to completely rebuild the restaurant’s reputation.
