known for its outstanding Chinese cuisine, excellent service and friendly staff.
And now, under new management and boasting a newly-renovated building,
the restaurant is back and better than ever.
Empire Wok, a well-known and beloved Chinese restaurant within the Burton
community, is known for its modern interpretation of classic dishes and its
insistence on only using high quality fresh ingredients. After a four-month
remodel, the restaurant officially reopened on May 6 and welcomed the
community to visit their pristine new dining area, which includes four
different buffets.
“We closed down on January 1st of this year, and we just opened last week
after we completed a total renovation with a whole new dining area,” said
Empire Wok’s manager Min Lu. “We have new management, new furniture
and a new menu. We’re proud to introduce our new owners, Mao Tian Zhang
and his wife, Susan, and we hope to completely rebuild the restaurant’s
reputation. We’re so happy with the brand-new, clean building and dining
area.”
Offering traditional Chinese cuisine, as well as American, sushi, hibachi grill
options and buffet, as well as a complete dessert buffet and self-serve ice
cream, Empire Wok has something for every single person in the family. With
four buffets, there are plenty of options to choose from for a multi-course
meal. The restaurant has a number of different lunch items and specials, as
well as an all-day menu, including the buffet selections, which are changed
out to include fresh items multiple times throughout the day.
“We pick ingredients carefully and use only the freshest and natural ones to
prepare every dish, and have been trying to cook them in a healthier way to
provide the most nutritious food,” said Min Lu. “Much attention has been
paid to our total renovation to ensure customers have a cozy and inviting
atmosphere where you can enjoy not only the great meal but also the
authentic atmosphere. We have made painstaking efforts to create the
tidiest and cleanest dining place, and guarantee you with friendly and timely
service. Every one of your demands will be cared for in our restaurant.”
